We have a six hour cancellation policy: Less than six hours - 50% charge. No notice - 100% charge. If guests arrive late for their appointment time their treatment will finish at the scheduled time in order to accommodate the next scheduled service. The treatment fee will remain full price. 

Guests 14-17 years old may be permitted to receive services with advance notice and spa approval. Please advise reception when requesting on appointment. 

Tax and 20% gratuity will be added to all services. Guests may adjust gratuity as they wish.
